有害化学物質による空気、水、土壌、その他の汚染

CO2排出問題、ごみ問題、海洋プラスチック問題、エネルギー問題

地球温暖化が人間の活動の結果であることがほぼ確定されている。

自分たちの子、孫、曾孫に豊かな地球の資源を

少しでも一日でも多く残すために、

飲食店が「食」「ワイン」を通じてできること、

環境問題、社会問題、自分たちの暮らす社会が

すこしでもいい方向に向かうために、

地球の資源である自然の恵みから生まれる「食材」を扱う飲食店が

少しでも何かしらの影響を与えることができたなら。

ちいさなことでも少しずつ、そんな仕事が出来たら幸せです。

“Air or water pollution”, “soil contamination” and the others…

these are caused by toxic chemical substance.

 

“The issue of CO2 emission or energy resource”, “the trash problem”,

“plastic pollution in the ocean”  it almost says that the global warming is

the result of our actions.

 

We have to save a lot of resources of the Earth for

our children, grandchildren or future generations.

 

What can we do for them as the position who are working in food and wine industry?

 

What can we do to prevent environment and our society?

 

Thinking environmental and social problems to make them better than now…

 

We are responsible for our society.

 

We would like to have the positive effect on it

because our restaurant receives blessings of nature

and the ingredients we use every day are definitely resources of the Earth.

 

We keep on doing a tiny little thing.

 

That might be our pride of work in food and wine industry.

 

The environmental problem is not fashion, not advertisement,
